Our Feasibility Design Packages serve as the vital bridge between initial inspiration and a viable construction plan. By conducting a deep dive into the technical and spatial DNA of your project, we audit structural constraints and align your aesthetic vision with a realistic budget. We identify potential roadblocks before they become costly "site-day" surprises, ensuring your design is not just beautiful on paper, but entirely executable in reality.
The Bronze Package Includes:
Design Consultation: On-site measure and design review.
As-Built Plan: As-built whole house floor plan.
Proposed Plan: Preliminary proposed floor plan for remodel and/or furniture space planning.
* This package is for up to 3,000 SF only and 25 hours is allocated. Customized packages available for larger square footage.
Terms & Conditions
Bronze (approx. 25 hours), Silver (approx. 35 hours), and Gold (approx. 45 hours) hourly packages may be used for design review and development, project coordination and management, design and construction documentation, materials selection and procurement, and meetings and general communication.
Once an hourly package has been purchased, an account with a credit amount of the package will automatically be set up.
Billable time will be charged in 15 minute increments.
Travel for one (1) local on-site meeting is included. Other terms regarding travel will be noted in writing.
Unused hours can be applied to other projects, home styling, product purchases, or may be transferred but not refunded.
Room Service Interior Design accepts checks, bank transfers, and all major credit cards.
Operational costs such as printing, permit fees, and purchasing of supplies may be billed as a reimbursable expense.
Any changes in fees or payment terms will be notified in writing.
Ownership of Documents
Documents prepared by Room Service are instruments of service for use solely for completion of this project. Clients will be given paper and digital copies of all designs during the process. However, Room Service shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights including copyright. The Client shall not reuse or permit the reuse of the documents other than original purpose of use.
Disclosure
Room Service and Client may terminate this contract at any time in writing. Room Service is a consultancy design firm that provides services described in good faith but are not responsible for the performance of work by others. Any design proposed by Room Service is conceptual only. Therefore, the homeowner assumes full responsibility in executing and approving any design proposed by Room Service. Work outside the scope must be noted in writing.

The Silver Package Includes:

Mood Board: Materials and color digital board.
Feasibility & Scope: Budget, style, and timeline analysis. Plus scope of work estimate for full service design.

Lighting and Electrical Plan: General lighting and electrical plan.
Demolition Plan: Call out walls and other structures intended for removal.
Call to Bid Package: Create a detailed call to bid package to be sent to contractors of clients choice.
