2. As-Built Plan: As-built whole house floor plan.

3. Proposed Plan: Preliminary proposed floor plan for remodel and/or furniture space planning.

4. Mood Board: Materials and color digital board.

5. Feasibility & Scope: Budget, style, and timeline analysis. Plus scope of work estimate for full service design.

6. Architectural Review: In-house architect to perform on-site review.

7. Lighting and Electrical Plan: General lighting and electrical plan.

8. Demolition Plan: Call out walls and other structures intended for removal.

9. Call to Bid Package: Create a detailed call to bid package to be sent to contractors of clients choice.
